Standard UK delivery costs a flat £5.95 per order, including Northern Ireland, unless a product page clearly says delivery is included. We do not deliver outside the UK.
We use trusted couriers, including Royal Mail, DHL, Yodel and InPost. Every delivery is tracked and you will receive updates.
We aim to deliver within 3 working days of your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. We do not dispatch at weekends or on public holidays, so orders placed then may take a day longer. Bad weather and other events outside our control can cause delays. If your order is delayed, we will let you know. In all cases we will deliver within 30 days.
Zimasa Vodka is only sold to adults aged 18 and over, and your order must be received by someone aged 18 or over. Our couriers may ask for a signature and follow Challenge 25. If the person receiving the order looks under 25, they may ask for valid photo ID: a passport, photocard driving licence or PASS card. If no one aged 18 or over can show valid ID, your order will be returned to us.
Because our products contain alcohol, we do not allow safe-place or neighbour delivery. If you choose InPost locker delivery, the order must be collected by an adult aged 18 or over.
If no one is available, the courier may leave a card telling you where to collect your parcel. If your order is returned to us, we will contact you to rearrange delivery. Redelivery costs £5.95.
Please check your delivery details carefully at checkout. If they look wrong, we may contact you before dispatch, which could delay your order.
