Glassware: Copper mug or highball, over cubed ice
Method: Build over ice, top with ginger beer, stir once, garnish.
Garnish: Orange twist and a few frozen raspberries
Glassware: Balloon/copa glass, over cubed ice
Method: Fill glass with ice, add Zimasa Vodka, top slowly with tonic, garnish.

Method: Dry shake all ingredients without ice for 10 seconds, add ice, shake hard for 15 seconds, double strain into a chilled coupe.

Method: Shake all ingredients hard with plenty of ice for 15 seconds, double strain into a chilled glass, garnish with three coffee beans.
