DELIVERY
We currently provide a flat delivery fee of £5.95 for UK & NI. We do not deliver outside of the UK.
We partner with reliable and trustworthy couriers including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL, FedEx and DPD who all ensure your parcel gets to you within 3 days and with minimal hassle. All of our services are tracked and you will receive notifications about your delivery keeping you up-to-date.
Please note: due to the nature of the goods we supply, any package large or small may require a signature and age verification upon receiving the goods. In some instances, the courier may leave your goods in a safe place if there is one. Please check your tracking very carefully, you may be presented with options to manage your delivery, depending on the courier.
SIGNING FOR DELIVERIES
The courier drivers are generally not permitted to enter your home or property. You could be asked to verify your age as the goods are of adult nature.
If no one is available to sign for parcels, our courier partner may leave a postage card detailing what they have done with your order, for example, they may state you need to collect your parcel from the local Post Office. In some instances, the courier will leave your goods in a safe place. This is very normal especially if they are familiar with the delivery address.
AGE VERIFICATION
Our carriers may follow 'Challenge 25' procedures and if they are in doubt the recipient is not of legal age to accept the delivery, then they will return the goods back to our warehouse. Do ensure you have valid identification available to accept deliveries.
DELIVERY TIMES
May vary due to reasons out of our control, for example, adverse weather conditions. We do not dispatch items during UK public holidays and/or on Weekends (Saturday / Sunday). During public holidays you could be faced with a ONE working day delay in receiving your goods.
All of the above prices are inclusive of VAT and are correct as of JULY 2023. We may contact you if the shipping details provided are incorrect or if you have been charged the wrong amount, this could result in a delay in you receiving your order.
